This FlipN’ camp is sponsored by the Central Alabama Sports Commission to bring new excitement, awareness and exposure to collegiate gymnastics in the tri-county area of central Alabama.
More Than A 10.0 is a unique hybrid gymnastics camp focusing on more than technique of everyday practice and skill clinics.
More Than A 10.0:
The More Than a 10.0 Camp sponsored by the Central Alabama Sports Commission will focus on more than gymnastics skills, emphasizing artistic values, performance qualities, and competition showmanship.
Following artistic and performance tracks of gymnastics professional USAG and NGA coaches will assist current NCAA collegiate sub contractors/coaches teach collegiate level skills, drills, choreography, mental strength, nutrition, and sportsmanship.
